You pay for the equipment for the next 3 to 5 years.  You need to find a true professional with years of experience that is going to look out for you and your best interest.  Call a real security professional or even a couple of them.  Buy your equipment up front and get a monitoring rate that is affordable. Avoid companies that do not allow for more than one option.
